The index express the expected breeding value of the horse/sire compared to the rest of the horses/sires in the breeding association. An index of 100 express the average quality of the horses of Danish Warmblood. If the index is above 120, it means that the horse is between the best 16% of breeding mares/sires and so these horses are expected to supply the association with more quality.

Index of exterior
Favorit Ask is in the lead of the exterior index list with several dressage sires like Blue Hors Rosoff, Fürstenball and Blue Hors Zack behind him. He has a total exterior index of 141, with especial good notes for front part (154) and hind part (159).
Ci Ci Senjor Ask ist ranked third of the sires with jumping pedigree showing a total exterior index of 129, whereas Lambrusco Ask shows a total index of 128, Carson Ask 122 and Casir Ask 121.
The sires Quarz and Cornettino Ask cannot be found in the lists yet, as there are not enough offsprings with sport results to calculate the index.

Jumping index
For Favorit Ask it has only been possible to calculate the jumping index of the young horses, and so he still has no total jumping index, but the jumping index of the young horses seems very positive with a value of 128 (based on 22 offspring).
The same applies for Ci Ci Senjor Ask who also impress with a young horse index of 138 (based on 15 offspring) .
Casir Ask has been leading the jumping index list of the Danish Warmblood for several years, but this year some younger stallion are in the front. However he still is holding a very respectable 5th place with an index of 137.
Lambrusco Ask has a total jumping index of 118 and Carson Ask 114. The sires Quarz and Cornettino Ask cannot be found on the lists yet, as there are not enough offspring to calculate the index.
